As we understand at RAD Federation that tools define our culture. The development of tools defines the advent of civilization. Modern tools like the PC mark our current age and culture. Our country is in dire need of such steps that can promote the software export and development, and organizing a software competition & exhibition is the best method to achieve this purpose.
Cybernetics College seeks permission from PSEB to organize a software competition jointly to evaluate the current need of human resource in terms of target technology development and appropriate internee placement in PSEB. Moreover it envisions to provide professional human resource for socio-economic change & to enable cost effective highly demanded information systems development for Pakistan.
